This is the audio fix for GTA 3. Download it and the instructions are located inside the folder. It is a zip folder, so you have to extract it, and than copy the audio folder into your GTA 3 game folder and replace the original one and there you go, your audio will be fully working.

I downloaded the sound fix torrent and it stopped at 24.9%. What should I do and how do I seed anyway?
